Invisalign

Invisalign, also known as clear braces or invisible braces – are an alternative to the traditional ‘metal’ braces and is suitable for adults and teenagers who want to straighten their teeth without having to go through the normal braces experience.

There are no annoying bands, brackets or wires usually associated with braces. Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners that are updated every two weeks. They are like a mouthguard but much thinner and more comfortable, these are done at our Adelaide practice on Port Road – just outside of the CBD.

Invisalign patients have the convenience of being able to take out their aligners when eating, drinking and brushing their teeth.

The cost and duration of Invisalign treatment varies depending on each individual case. The best way to know the cost of Invisalign to you is to call Adelaide Smile and Implant Centre team today for your initial consultation with us to find out – as each case in Adelaide can vary.

How is Invisalign different to Rapid Smiles braces?

We have chosen to offer both the Rapid Smiles braces orthodontic program and the Invisalign invisible aligners so that we can offer our patients more choice. We believe that both teeth straightening options have their own unique advantages. At your initial consultation we will discuss the pros and cons of each option as well as their suitability to your situation.
